Fiance' bought mattress/box springs & curio cabinet. Was told mattress/box spring would be delivered in no more than 4 weeks, most likely 2 weeks.
No one ever called. Been over 4 weeks now. When called they said only box springs were in and didn't have a clue about the mattress.
Next day called again. Person was very rude and stated mattress wasn't in. Manager was asked for and he stated the mattress was in but couldn't be delivered for almost another week. Stated he would contact delivery supv. And see what he could do.
Awhile later he called back stating he couldn't get in touch with anyone in delivery so didn't know when mattress would be delivered. Each time we called, they were very rude and not helpful at all.
Why would it take 4 months to get a curio cabinet? Most likely they order them from China!
Would definitely recommend to anyone NEVER purchase anything from Ashley Furniture. Poor quality and their customer service is non-existence. How they stay in business the way they treat people and lie is beyond me.
