Complain -Angeia Chriest - Julington Creek branch manager refuse to help member.
I applied mortgage loan recently at Vystar Julington creek branch. Kristin is very nice and did the application for us. Kristin told me that after she sent the application, other people will do the process, but if I have problem/question, I can go by their branch and will get help from them.
Unfortunately, 1st time I had question to stop by Julington Creek branch, the branch manager-Angeia Chriest turned me away and did not let me talk with Kristin. Then I had to call Kristin and could eventually got help from her.
That’s not the end. 2nd time I went there (On March 8, Friday), unlucky, Angeia Chriest showed up again, her unfriendly face let me concern, sure she did turn me away again. Then, I felt very uncomfortable with Angela Chriest.
Today (March 14), when I wait in line at Julington branch office, I was the second in line. One lady came out to skip the 1st person and straight towards me and said that you talked with Angela before, (she already learned from branch manager), and tried to turn me away to. She is the person let me complain about the manager.
Manager showed the leadership. If Angeia Chriest does not want to help member and the only thing that she likes to do is to show the skill that she can always turn member away, then she should place in somewhere else. I am really upset with Angeia Chriest
