Phone call purporting to receive error report at microsoft. Was having trouble, laptop went to blue screen and wouldn't boot. Had me go to desktop and supposedly had trojan. Claimed to remove all problems and speed up computer. Had to download software to fix. Cost $200 to be billed to credit card. Somehow had accessed my computer and loaded something that gave them a phone number I guess. I don't go to links etc so I don't know how they knew I had been having blue screen shutdowns. Phone number for support (for tech named romeo hunter microsoft tech (9...) 855-752-4075 seemed to be for a fax. Billing to show on credit card statement EW-PCtech 888-255-1137 was answered with message for allied wallet, a payment processor. Tech is to callback today at 11am to work on fixing laptop. Idon't know how they will remote access it as it won't boot in safe mode.
