I downloaded FastAgain PC Booster to my laptop and was 'shown' the number of 'errors' on my machine that NEEDED to be removed. I logged in to remove them and had to pay a fee for that to be done. I purchased the program for my laptop AND my desktop computer, $49.97 to get a licence key and be able to register. I was able to register on the laptop, but not on my desktop. Also, when talking to their service tech, who was difficult to understand, he remotely accessed my computer. This made me very nervous! He accessed my files and told me there were hundreds of files that need to be removed. He said they could do that for hundreds of dollars more! I declined and ended the remote access. (I hope!)
Also, my laptop is not running an faster than before. I would like to know how to uninstall and get my money back as this seems like a scam.
