I had purchased a laptop on the reinstatement and when about 6 weeks passed the monitor when blurring, i took it back and was told they would get it fixed well 6 weeks later i went down there and was told they never sent it in because they never saw it do that because they plugged it in. Well i used my money towards another laptop same HP brand and within a week i noticed a loud rattle coming from the dvd drive i took it in and I was told by Mike that was normal I was told keep till my next due date and let them know if i wanted it. I was not told you can get a full refund of what you paid if returned within a week. I would have left it then. Well I said i wanted to get a different brand when a used one comes in. Well 3 months later a used Toshiba came in and i wanted to do the lifetime again since i never used the 2 other broken computers well now I am told you can only use that from your last rental which was the one i had for 1 week which amounted to 62 dollars so the almost 500 dollars cant be used for it was not the last one well I had used it twice before and Mike said when I returned the second one when a used Toshiba came in i could use it. When you challenge them on their polices they get upset and that is why he said what he did, I asked for something written about policy and there is nothing about the lifetime other than like product nothing about how many times or if you return something because it is broke in it. He kept going back to the part you acquire no equity in product, its not the same. Thing. So i have been waiting 3 months for nothing. I think they need to write that about lifetime reinstatement not tell someone one thing and then change because you get them upset. Its like the Bait and switch they get you in hoping to sell you something else. Knowing they can saw what they what about the lifetime
