Next, they secondly forced me to repay them the value I was victimmized for at the rate of $50.00 monthly since September last year. Contacting them on the Internet, they told me they yet could open another account for me. I went to their Branch near me to speak to the Manager. He refused to open the account on the basis, He put me ChexSystem for 3 years, until the amoount I have been victimized for is paid. This is a case of " Double Jeopardy". This is penalizing me 3 times for things I am not directly responssible for. I am a 3 times victime. Worse, I met an Engr. From South Africa, who, together with (2) two of his fellow colleagues choosed me, as MBA, to be the Receiver and Administrator of the proceed of their Professional Performences, in their Country, "The Republic of South-Africa" (RSA). The amount in question is:$36,000, 000.00 (Thirty-Six-Millions USD) dollars, now at their Bank, ready to be transferred to me (Max Saint-Cyr/MBA/DBA. I asked them to open the account hey offered me on the Internet. They said they will NOT;regardless of the overflow of cash thatwould eenter mmy new account that would be beneficial to their institution, my client and me. They told me, they have to go by the block thhhey placed agaainst me at "ChexSystem". It is irrevocable. It is a violation of my"Civil Right" and also the "Civil Rights" of my Client, becaause the origin of the Funds come from Africa and because we are booth "Of African Origin". (While the Manager himself is a mixed (Coffee and Milk Type Person.) Why are they ppocastinating that "Nothing good can come from Africans?" This is an insult to OUR Human Rights. A violation to OUR rights to the "Pursuit of Happiness" guaranteed by the "Constitution of the Untided States of America". Is "ChexSystem" above the Constitution? Raising canes, willfully, maliciously, capriciously, against orderly citizen, that we are, doing what every normal citizen does daily? Where is the place of Humen in the Banking System, if "ChexSystem" is an "ELECTRONIC DICTATOR ", waging WAR AGAINST HONEST, ORDINARY CITIZEN. I protest! I object about any economical dictatorship in the american democracy. This must stop. They are DEPRIVING ME of the right to perform and benefit of our American System. Signed
