Mr. Dickson claiming to be Director of a Prime Bank in South Africa contacted me via email during almost the same time as the first scam was ending. Stating he had a very hush-hush business proposition for me and that I could not reveal to anyone. So I thought I would start out by playing along to see what he was up to so I began corresponding with him vie emails. Mr Dickson relayed to me that a gentleman had made a substantial deposit over 50 million dollars to his bank.
But subsequently as the first gentleman he became deceased. And he told me that I couldn't tell anyone as he had a man working on the inside and that all transactions would progress smoothly without a hitch. This man was attempting to use an American citizen to rip off his own bank and was asking me to stand in as next of kin as none could be found. He requested I set up an account and send him the account info so that funds could be transferred to this account. He needed a foreigner to aid him in this endeavor.in turn I kept corresponding with him but never intended to do as he asked. His last correspondence relayed that I would have to pay thousands of dollars to get all finalized. How do these people get away with this stuff. I did research these names on the african scam website but have not found them listed. That will be my next step to inform the webpolice of their shady dealings. I hope all be aware and turn in each and every one that approaches them in this manner.
