We signed up with Dish Network to take advantage of their offer of 24.99 a month with 3 months free movie channels. I called to cancel the movie channels only to find out they have been charging my account of approximately $48.00 a month. We signed on for the 24.99 a month. They stated I didn't take advantage of the online offer of $15.00 a month discount. We never heard of anything like that when we signed on. I want a refund of those extra charges or I want my money refunded and my service cancelled if they can't live up to their contract offer.
