The Universal Top Shelf Products Inc received a check for 20k this was to show good faith for a realtor transaction this money was suppose to be return the cashier check was cash through his Citibank account. Tried several times to contact the owner at his number 1-786-499-5051 get his voice mail. Contacted Hialeah Police case number is 13-6323 on 02/22. This was for no product to purchase there are no invoices are paper work on the so call purchase of a product.
