I too ordered my 14-day trial of these products. Only it took them 19 days to get the product to me. When I called, having not had the 14 days to try the product, I was informed that I was at fault and ought to have called them when it didn't arrive within 14 days, and my credit card was already charged $89.95 and $69.95. They refused to refund my $. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that this was not a "managerial problem." I asked her how to make it a managerial problem and she put me on with a "supervisor" who I assume was just another operator sitting next to her. They offered me 50% refund. And stuck to it. So I have paid approx. $80 for product that I don't even know works. I am very angry. AND, they promised to cancel any further product or payments from my account ONCE they refunded me 50%. So I called back to confirm that the refund would be prompt, not 30 days from now.
