Ordered 4.95 trial kit. Shipped with no instructions, no membership card and product would not work after the first 'puff'. Called and they would not let me return the product. They said they could only refund 40.00 of the 99.67 that they charged my account. I asked to speak with mgr. She would not let me, put me on hold and said she could then refund 59.95.. Still only 40.00 was refunded from my account. Stay away from this company and others like it... Fine print says they will start charging your account just 14 days after they 'assume' you received the product whether it works or not! Their number is: 877-839-0848. Their practices and web site are deceiving!
