I ordered a "free trial" of Mizulean and Puracleanse for 14 days. It took a few days to arrive but then I found out this morning that £128.90 plus 2 delivery charges of £4.95 plus £2.45 have been taken from my bank account in full payment for the "free trial". The "free trial" runs from date of order and not date of purchase so I was "out of time" to cancel the trial. I have had the product for 10 days and not been able to give a 14 day trial before being charged. Not happy with the product but they will not refund the cost or allow me to return the item.

But they insist that I am at fault as I thought a 14 day "free trial" meant that you had 14 days to trial the item. You clearly can't do a 14 day trial if you don't receive the item on the day of the order.
