The person I spoke to faked a bad connection after I waiting over 15 mins for someone to answer 800 387 1146. When I stated I needed an RMA number to return the product, he claimed he couldn't hear me. I then started asking about how to cancel going forward and he actually said, "oh it appears the line connection has right itself..." I'm sure he could hear me the whole time. When I asked again about the trial period he said the 14 days starts the day you place the order. Even though I just got the product a few days ago. What a scam and nightmare. I will now contact my bank to see if I can file a claim for unauthorized funds. Do not order from this company!
