Just like everyone else, I couldn't get through on the customer service line to cancel my "order." In order for my bank to reimburse my charges, I have to file an official dispute of unauthorized charges form... And I'm not sure even then if they will reverse the charges. I did go to the ebizprogram.com site and clicked on "live chat" to get the program cancelled, but they wouldn't reimburse my charges. Claimed that the 15 day "trial period" had passed. Well, my $5.95 s/h charges hit my bank account on 12/15 - today is 12/29 and that's 14 days. The agent claimed the product was shipped on 12/10. Who KNOWS what the 15 days were... The documentation that came with the product didn't say anything at all about a cut off date.in any case, you can't get through on the CS number to cancel, and unless you stumble across the ebizprogram.com info like I did here, you'd never know what to do. Live and learn. BTW, the product doesn't work. Big surprise.
