Home depot promised to give me a new floor in feb after coming to my house to look at damaged wood floor an inspector from home legends came out and checked the floor later. I asked the inspector if the floor could be saved and he told me not at all and the floor was dry with 15 RH. Later home depot told me that the report said the floor had moisture and it would go away in a few months. Home depot has changed their story. Everything is documented from home depot and jw flooring with bbb. I am very disapointed with this company.
