I recently had Home Depot install a new laminate floor for me. From the day the scheduled measure was taken, I had a feeling things would not go well.in the description of the process, the measurer was supposed to inform me of certain thing, that didn't happen. Then working with the installation coordinator was very stressful and unproductive. Then, during the installation process, the installers, spilled liquid from the 1st floor into my basement. Covering a wall, the ceiling tiles, and spilling onto my carpet. One of the installers did work hard on cleaning the mess they made. However, there is still evidence of the spill, and when I asked Home Depot to compensate me, and refund some of the installation price to me, I was bounced from one person to the next, before I was finally told all they could do was give me a gift card. Like I would want to shop or work with Home Depot again. I'm appalled at the whole service, and really regret ever going to them for this installation
