Seeing the advertisement on the net about trial product at USD 4.95 each ordered for Purasilk and Bellagenix
Received one trial product on 26jan and the other one after 4days, when I checked the shipping address was incomplete and by the time I realised I received the products, my credit card was charged for USD 99.95 twice over for each of the products. I tried calling the numbers from the website but they were unanswered, mind you it was an international call for me as i was calling from India, once one number was answerd, ofcourse it was recorded message of any customer service call... So kept me on hold but of no avail... Was on hold for over an hour, so requested a friend of mine who lives in the US to call the numbers, she too had the same problem... Wrote to the email, but of no response. Products are of no quality and have developed rash n irritation... I feel terribly cheated and lost more than USD 220, when I called credit card company, they said I could dispute the transaction and suggested that I change my card at a fee. Well I have lost money and having to go through a lot of stress for getting attracted towards the advertisement...
