Having problems with DEll laptop, went to the Dell web site, clicked for help, still had a warranty on the item, got a person, said that my warranty didn't cover the problem. Asked if he was from Dell, he stated yes. Said that the cost for a three year all inclusive soft ware warranty was 385. Signed up thinking I was with dell, never saw any communication regarding this transaction. The following month notice the charges to AVANQUEST. U-BILL.com call Master Charge to dispute the charges. Lost the challenge because I did agree to pay, get this, someone so it is considered a valid charge??? Would like a class action suit against the credit card company because they are allowing this fraud to continue and collecting their percentage of the transaction.
