Dell has charged us for a warranty thru their tech team for $149.00 which we did not authorize. We purchased a lap top and the battery was not hold its charged so we called Dell so they could replace it (since the laptop was only a few weeks old, it was still under warranty for a year) we were charged for an extra warranty. No one explained any of this to us. It appeared on our bill and I have called on four ocassions to resolve this and they refuse to credit our account.
