I was having issues with my AOL email and called Aol they said they would transfer me to the company that does all their work. Sometime later I needed to talk to that company and had no contact information so called Aol again and they said they had no outside company and said it was fraud and to call my credit card co. I filed a dispute and freceived a credit. However I got a new charge for the same amount and credit card co said the merchant (up click) was disputing my dispute and I would have to write a letter to them with details of my dispute. It was trouble enough being hacked and even worse to be victimized by up click.
