I ordered several monogrammed baby items from this site in October.By the middle of November, none had arrived. I called and called and e-mailed, but there was never a response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I was then sent half of my order and my card was recharged the full amount. I also received a long, sobby apologetic email from the merchant saying she could not get the entire order and that her company was having trouble because of the recession. I agreed not to dispute the charge if she credited my card back for the dollar amount of what was not sent (it was a $70 dress she could not get). She agreed. I never received my credit. She kept putting me off with excuses, even going so far as to say her husband had had a heart attack. The time for me to dispute the charge again passed and she never credited my card for the $70 and never returned any more calls or emails. There is a photo on the website www.blueberrybabies.com of her and her child. I do not even know if this is real.
