I noticed two charges on my May/ June credit card statement, which I had no memory of making. The companies name and phone number appeared as, Easy Genuine cleanse 1-866-779-7455 KN. The first charge was on 05/21/09 in the amount of $5.95. The second charge was made on 06/05/09 in the amount of $88.00.
So, I called my credit card company to file a dispute for these two charges. As I was talking to the credit card company, I decided to go online and Google the companies phone number that made the charges to my credit card without my authorization. The first thing that popped up was a complaint! There where other notices to click on as well. So, I let the credit card company know what I had just discovered while I was on the phone with them. The gentlemen on the other end of the phone line, noted in the dispute everything I had read to him off of the complaint web-site.
The credit card company is going to have me fill out a form, and send it back to them. After they review my response to the questions on the form, I was told that I should receive a credit to my account for those unauthorized charges.
Thank You! Ripoff Repotr and the preson that filed the complaint against the same phone # but different company name. I hpoe this helps someone else.
