I've been going to Lavenders salon for almost 3 years. Over that time they have become sloppy, rude and no customer service. I've watch how they treat customers and if you are Vietnamese you get the V.I.P. Treatment but if your local it seem as tho you aren't important. I've spent thousands in that shop and I was disrespected by the owners Lani and her husband. I went in for a mani-pedi like usual and decided to get my hair colored so Lani the owner bleached my hair and it dripped all over my back and shoulders..instead of getting a 160.00 hair color done I got a walgreens 10.00 dollar hair dye... So instead of a apology I got blamed for having by body bleached as well as my brand new dress, and was told they did me a favor! Huh for 160bucks and 2 days later my color washed out I think that's bullshit. So ladys just because Lavender Salon might be right in the area, please drive that extra mile and get the service you deserve and your moneys worth... If not your nails will be all different shapes and sizes and your hair will be crappy and half ass. Most of the staff there can't even speak English and don't even have licences to practice hair and nails. So be aware local ladys..
