This apartment complex hits the bottom of the barrel. It is very overpriced for the way it is kept.
The courtyard where I am located is always dirty. At just about any time you can find beer cans, liqour bottles, broken glass, drug needles and just about every other kind of household trash.
Organized sports are played in the courtyard creating a safety hazard for small children if they want to play outside. My six month old has been hit with a football when it was thrown into our living room. My four year old has been hit so hard with basketballs that it knocked her down.
Our water bill is around $50 a month because they only have one water meter for the entire row of apartments. They fail to tell you this when you sign the lease.
Response time is usually a few months on service calls, oh unless you put it in writing and you threaten to terminate your lease.
When you make a complaint you are laughed at. Oh let me mention the noise, booming music until 2A.M. Waking your children up. Neighbors screeming and cursing outside and sitting on your car!
I could keep going but you should get the point... Do not live here... Ever!
