We paid $330 to get home warranty coverage from them. Not once over the course of a year have we been able to contact a human being for needed services. We were put on hold indefinitely (45 minutes) every time. No luck trying to reach them via email, either.
My bank told me I will have to cancel my card (a HUGE inconvenience for me) so Statewide can't charge me another $330 to automatically renew.
We are owed $330 for services not rendered, and will be filing a claim in small claims court.
