I asked for a refund after receiving the contract because it was so full of exclusions.
When you call only an answering service takes calls and no one calls back. I did get a call back after many calls and was supposed to get a refund. Never got it. Contacted Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. They contacted State Wide and Statewide never
responded. BBB informed me that State Wide has a horrible reputation. Too bad I didn't know that before I bought.
