I paid $2500 for a warranty with W.A.S. My repair shop submitted a claim for me and everytime we faxed requested documentation, the claims department stated they were not recieving my paperwork. We faxed 3 times and it was denied because they said i never recieved my oil changes every 3000 miles although i only need to get oil changes every 5000 which is stated in my service manual. My warranty was considered inactive and they expected me to pay $75 to reactive it after i just paid $683.18 to fix my car. The gave me the run around stating contact this person, then this person says to contact this person and so fourth. Still working on issue but will probably get nowhere with this company so trying to work it out with dealer. W.A. S has 84 complaints in the last 36 months with the bbb and i will make 85 when i get around to filing claim. I will to probaly skipping mediation and arbitration and going straight to small claims. The federal trade commission, my attorney general, my congressman, my state rep, everyone will be hearing about this. They messed with the wrong person, i will not stop till the are put out of business!
