Nation Wide Home Warranty
Will not fix or replace washing machine stated in contract

I call nation wide on Thursday they sent some one out on Saturday to look at my washing machine tecnition called nationwide and reported to them that it will cost more to fix it than it would to buy a new one. Nation wide is claiming that its not coverd under my warnty. When I called nation wide the are trying to give me a 50.00 settlement because they feel like they shoulnt pay for my washer to be fixed or replaced. There is a reason why i paid them a 365.00 I believe for warranty so that when some thing like this happends i can get it fixed, and now they dont want to hold up to there bargin, what a rip off
