I ordered s sympathy bouquet 2/19 for a funeral 2/21/ to be delivered to Falco/caruso funeral home in Pennsauken, NJ, which never arrived. After more that 8 phone calls, no one ever returned my call to explain the "undelivered planter for $93.38". Although, people did answer the phone, after a minimum wait time, each time they did apologise for the error. At one point the customer service rep, did say they had a signed delivery confirmation, and would call me back with the name of the signer... That call never came. Upon checking my American Express card charges, it appears a credit was issued today, but their customer service and delivery service is frustrating and stinks.
So I would like to report a "buyer beware" if you want flowers delivered, as I see other identical complaints on their WedsiteFlower delivery express.com.
