In Janurary I ordered the free trial of the dead sea beauty kit and collagen cream form the dr oz facebook page. I only had to pay $12 for shipping. I hated the product, I broke out all over my face. I stopped using the product not to worried about returning it because it was only a free sample then on February 20 I check my bank account and notcied they had charged me $300 for this product to be shipped again which i did not authorize. I am completly outraged I only ordered the product because i only had to pay shipping. I simply am unable to afford a product like this when I have 3 small children to feed. I tried getting ahold of the company many times.By phone and email i have received i response from the deadsea company stating " please be kindly informed that accroding to our records you have not placed any orders for our products. This is complete scam and now i am out $300 and unable to get in contact with anyone from this company. What do I do?
