I ordered the trial sample, paid the $9.95 shipping and handling fee and now that I want to return this horrible product I cannot even contact this company to do so. I noticed an additional charge on my credit card for the amount listed above, $94.95CAD, so I contacted my bank to do a reversal of the charges and only then did Dead Sea get in touch with me, my bank forwarded my complaint on to this company but have told me that because I gave this company my personal information they cannot do a reversal, so what is this telling me, this company can do on charging me indefinitely?
I see now after reading the other complaints here that it's pointless to spend any more money even returning this product I wouldn't ever buy again regardless of the price.
I've tried to phone the company, no answer, I've received a threatening email in response to an email I sent them via a contact form on their home page and now I have no idea how to get my money back. Any suggestions?
