WatchIndia. TV charged me $209 on 25h December for online TV channels service. I requested them to cancel the service. They sent me email confirmation of same on 2nd January I have that email. Since then I have been requesting to them for my refund. I have contacted them almost 6/7 times, everytime they only say refund system is not up. Surprisingly their payment system is up thoguh. Whatever, its very frustrating. Its more than 7/8 weeks but I have not received my refund yet. When asked on chat communication about billing departments phone number they said they dont provide phone numbers to customers.
Please help to get me my refund back.
