I had subscribed for internet tv channels service from this company. I used it during year 2012. I had paid for the service.
1) I never wanted to continue with them for 2013.
2) They sent me an email notification on last week of December that they are renewing my service. I could not check my emails during this time. So I communicated them after 2-3 days when they charged me $209. I communicated them that I don't want the service and requested them to refund the money.
3) Since then they have been promising me that they will refund me the money. I have contacted them 25-30 times every time they said they refund service is not working, there are some issues with their credit refund system etc. I have record of all email communications with them. They promised me to refund but since 8 months they have not refunded the money.
Please help me in getting my refund back.
