Watch India is down, I cannot see any channels for the last week. I have sent numerous emails to customer service no replies, there is no Chat feature, customer service number on the website.
It seems like these guys have taken all our money and just shut down. My expiration is in September. I am going to instruct my CC company to not authorize any charges from WatchIndia for renewal. Also never going to renew with these guys again.
I would rather pay a little more money for guaranteed good service than dealing with this BS. If there is no customer service I guess they don't need customer. Hopefully they will not charge for automatic renewal, I am sending an email to stop my service.
