I ordered the Dark Shadows collection on 12/27. After 5 weeks and no DVD's, I sent an e-mail to customer service. I received an e-mail from Kevin Williams, Customer Support Manager, stating he was going to order a "FULL Internal Trace" on the order which would take another 3 to 5 days. He promised to reship the order overnight at the company's expense if I didn't receive the original order one week from the initiation of the trace. I never heard from him or the company again! I reported the fraudulent matter to my bank and they have given me a temporary refund of $140.00 while they investigate my complaint.
