On 5 Jan I ordered the complete Dark Shadows TV collection for $140.00. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to get it. On 11 Jan I received an email stating that I would receive my order in 1-3 weeks, that it had been shipped.
It is 11 Feb, and I have not received my DVDs, and cannot find their website today on my computer. 11830 is the order number.
