I started corresponding with DVDGator.com on 1/20. I wanted to know how they could sell the complete set of DARK SHADOWS for only $140. I was worried about the condition it would arrive and I didn't know how they could give me a replacement disk at any time if a disk is damaged in any way. On 1/21 I rec'd an email reply from Gordon Kennedy, Customer Support Manager, that the price was a holiday sale price and DVDGator deals in large volumes to get that price. I quote "We know of the guys in China, they ship junk. Our set is official. You will love this box set". I was still was skeptical an emailed Gordon, the Customer Support Manager, again and asked several questions that I wanted answered. On 1/21 he emailed again and I quote "Yes, this is the complete series. There are no missing DVDs. If your not happy for any reason, you can get a full refund. We stand behind our product and would replace any disc at anytime".

Well, it's now February 25 and I still have not received my set of Dark Shadows or a complete refund.

This is the second time I have been scammed with buying the complete set of Dark Shadows. I am now out $490.00.
