149 Dollar Mafia Wars Gift Pack Never Received, No Help

I purchased a gift pack from Facebook while playing Mafia Wars. It cost me 149.00 dollars, and I did not get it. I called Facebook only to get a message and no help.

I want to get my money back, or get my high rollers pack. Please help me.
