Ordered two DVD boxed sets end of December. Money taken from account. Email sent on 05.01.2013 stating that order was shipped and would arrive in 1-3 weeks to us in Australia. No tracking number. No items received so sent email. Email returned with error message that it was undeliverable. Can't even find the internet store - google search turns up nothing. Mass rip off!!!
