Ordered two box sets on 15/12. Did not receive them by 22/1 so sent them an email which they replied to on 22/1 stating that everything was on track. Eight weeks later still nothing so I sent them another email on 15/2 which I still have not received a reply to even though they state they have a 24/7 customer support line. Lesson learned the hard way. Do not use this company!!!
