Person misrepresented themselves over the phone. AppleCare Plan that I was looking into wasn't what inquired about. Found out that its a SCAM! Now trying to resolve the issue at Apple Support and informed that the company is not Apple Support at all.
Called the number to get answers and the phone call was not worth the time as it was not answered to my satisfaction. Person could not transfer call to a Supervisor or any person overseeing phone operators. Concerned that my credit card was being charged for services that I was not aware but the operator just stated your credit card was given and you have paid for MyTechHelp.
