Placed an order Dec 11/12-Xmas Gift, to date I have never received the DVD's, however they were quick to take the funds from my VISA. Sent numerous e-mails and was alwasy indicated that I would receive the DVD's in 3-5 days. I will NEVER order from them again. I have tried to send another e-mail, however it comes back UNDELIVERABLE.
