I ordered a skincare product off advert shown on facebook paying only postage of 2.49. I never received it. 2 weeks later 84.99 was charged to my credit card i phoned mastercard who said they would investigate it and no further payments would go out of my account 3 days later 94.99 went on my credit card mastercard said it takes3 days to process my complaint so the firm had put another amount in. I still havnt received any products or paper work.
