Received fax at work with "American Airlines" logo from H.R. Dept re: Airline Travel Program / Land Package offering all employees destination to Hawaii, Cancun, Cabo and Jamaica for 6 days & 5 nights all meals included for $450 for 2 persons. Sent me a confirmation receipt; I called customer service number, not working.
Tried another number on the receipt i was told there is no hawaii included and was told to email them.
I havent received any reply and it is jan already. I was informed when i bought this that it would expire april.
Tried calling them on several occasions to book my vacation,
finally when I did get through they said i should emaila travel representative would call me but so far no one
has contacted me (now close to feb '13). Number gave me to call—Customer Service: 1-888-676-5871
