I bought a Guess watch from USA. This year I had a problem with my watch (its stopped) and I sent it to the Turkey Guess representative tecnical service.
They have checked the watch appx 15 days and yesterday they informed me they could not repair the watch. They could not find necessary spare parts at Turkey. Customer representative told me that watch is produced for US collection and they can not get necessary spare part from US. After this Guess USA informed me to send watch to the technical service again but no solution service sent the watch back to me. It's still not repaired
