Ordered box set of "The Avengers". Emailed customer support after waiting 4 weeks with no order received. Got long winded explanation about shipping, processing etc. Feb. 10 sent another email and got non deliverable reply. They did a good job on the website so I guess I'm not the only one to get sucked in to this scam.
