Purchased a DVD set of all 12 seasons of NYPD TV series for $99 USD from DVDmoose.com on Nov 17. Paid by Mastercard. Payment came out under XEO Vent. Received DVD's a couple of weeks later but the quality was really bad. All they had done was copy the shows from different TV networks and remove the ads - illegal I believe. Some of the DVD's would freeze in the middle of a show. Menus were very poorly done. Their statement on line was "Your satisfaction 100% guaranteed". Contacted company by email [email protected] to complain. Was told to return the set and it would be replaced with a "flawless set". Did so March 1. No returns by March 21. Emailed company again. Email no longer works. Www.dvdmoose.com no longer in operation. Lots of SCAM alerts about this company now. So we are now out the money and the DVD's. Contacted Mastercard to see if I could dispute payment but it was beyond their 90 day deadline. So we are out of luck. Buyer beware purchasing anything on the Internet. Only deal with well known recognized companies and always check SCAM reports about the company first.
