I ordered Microsoft Powerpoint 2010 Product Key. I asked customer service if this was indeed a Microsoft Product Key. The individual assured me it was. Then I paid for it. Then I quickly discovered it was not any type of Microsoft product. I demanded a refund as they continued to insist it a product superior to Microsoft Powerpoint and therefore I should be happy. I am reporting fraud to my credit card company.
