79.99 to fix apple laptop problem. Didnt work. That was nov. Now in feb that claimed we signed up for the quarterly support 79.99 was charged again. Called and spoke with rep who said the supervisor would not refund the extra 79.99 BEWARE THIS COMPANY HAS A HISTORY OF SCAM... I am filing a grievence with bbb of state of florida...
