Signed up for a 30 days trial via a third-party website (ZNZ) on Jan. 2nd. Go a notification on Feb. 1st that charge of $88.94 was processed on my debit card even though I called and cancelled on Jan. 28th. Told the item was shipped out already and no refund until item is returned which could take up to 8 weeks [even though they sent item before trial period was over]. Today is Feb. 18th and still no item in mail. Tried calling company at number on bank statement (1-800-209-8397) and get auto message that repeats twice same message: "Our record indicates you accepted one of our online product offers.By accepting this offer you will continue to receive future product shipments. All future shipments through the collection series will be charged to your credit card at the time of the shipment." After that the call auto terminates and there is no option to talk with a live agent.
